As a doctoral student, maintaining motivation and staying organized can often feel like an uphill battle. This workshop is designed to help develop practical key skills:
- Time Management: Strategies for managing time effectively and setting priorities.
- Self-Motivation: Identifying personal drivers and setting meaningful goals that increase motivation, using the Concept of “Self Determination Theory”.
- Overcoming Procrastination: Understanding why procrastination happens and how to break the cycle.
- Building Healthy Work Habits: Creating a productive routine that supports your well-being and work-life balance.
- Resilience: Strategies for handling setbacks, managing stress, and bouncing back from challenges with a positive outlook.
- Cooperation and Networking: Effective collaboration techniques to foster a sense of community, share knowledge, and reduce isolation during the research process.

- have a toolbox of strategies to help them stay organized, manage their time effectively, and keep their motivation high.
